The Nansha Integrated Full-Industry-Chain Pig Farming Project is located in Longgu Village, Dagang Town, covering an area of approximately 140 acres. The project includes the construction of a feed processing workshop, high-rise pig farming buildings, food processing workshops, and an environmental protection center, along with a surrounding integrated circular agriculture demonstration park.

Based on an innovative high-rise pig farming process, the project incorporates premium breeding pigs, advanced genetic breeding technology, a strict African swine fever prevention system, circular agriculture techniques, safe feed production technology, and intelligent management models. Through the FPF Industrial Internet Platform, it enables real-time online traceability throughout the entire process—from feed production and pig farming to slaughtering, prepared food processing, and cold chain distribution. Additionally, it supports digital coordination of contract farming, pig production, and food delivery, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality pork for Guangzhou. This project contributes to consumption upgrades and low-carbon dining in the Greater Bay Area.

Project Highlights:

Innovative Internet-Based Agricultural Industry Chain Model

The project integrates feed production, pig farming, slaughtering, and commercialization into a seamless full-industry-chain system, ensuring end-to-end quality control from raw materials to the dining table. The entire process is fully traceable, guaranteeing safe and reliable pork products.

High-Level Biosecurity

Designed to meet P4-level biosecurity standards, the project adopts a fully enclosed farming management system. It features an advanced ventilation system for intelligent temperature control, automated air filtration, and exhaust treatment, ensuring a clean and pollution-free environment. Each floor and building operates as an independent, sealed space, preventing pathogen transmission and cross-contamination. Additionally, a closed-loop breeding system enables self-sufficient breeding from a single introduction of pigs, reducing disease risks associated with multiple breeding cycles.

Efficient Land Utilization

Compared to traditional farms, the high-rise pig farming model saves over 90% of land resources. In the land-scarce Greater Bay Area, this approach maximizes land and environmental resource efficiency while ensuring a stable supply of high-quality pork.

Eco-Friendly & Sustainable

The project promotes waste resource utilization by fermenting solid waste from pig farming and slaughtering into organic fertilizer for local farmland. Wastewater is collected and treated centrally, ensuring compliance before being discharged into the municipal sewage system. A negative-pressure ventilation system collects exhaust gases, which are purified through probiotic treatment and a four-layer water curtain filtration system, ensuring odor-free emissions.

Intelligent Monitoring & Management

By leveraging big data, blockchain, and IoT technologies, the project achieves highly intelligent and automated operations. It features precision feeding, automated pig transfers, intelligent environmental control, and AI-driven breeding selection. The entire production chain—from feed manufacturing and pig farming to slaughtering and processing—is monitored in real-time, enabling zero-distance supervision and fully transparent traceability.
