Tỉnh trưởng Chungcheongnam-do, Hàn Quốc

Và đoàn của ông đã thăm quan dự án chăn nuôi heo thông minh theo chiều dọc của Công ty Công nghệ Shuying để kiểm tra và trao đổi.

On the afternoon of November 1st, the Governor of Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, Kim Tae-hum (김태흠), Member of the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Assembly, Yang Kyung-mo (양경모), Mayor of Yesan County, Choi Jae-gu (최재구), Director of Investment and Trade Policy in Chungcheongnam-do, Yoon Ju-young (윤주영), Head of Smart Livestock Policy Team in Chungcheongnam-do, Lee Hyung-gu (이형구), NEWSIS journalist Yoo Hyo-sang (유효상), and other delegates visited Shuying Technology's Nanhai Yangxiang Agricultural Internet Food Park project in Foshan, Guangdong. Shuying Technology's Chairman Zhang Yan, Shadow Technology's Assistant President Niu Chao, and General Manager of Foshan Sanshui Yangxiang Dongda Food Co., Ltd. Xiao Qiaozhong warmly welcomed them. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on the cooperation prospects of the vertical pig farming model.

At the meeting, Zhang Yan, Chairman of Shuying Technology, first introduced the company's business achievements and the FPF Future Pig Farm overall solution. He then focused on introducing two typical vertical pig farming cases of Shuying Technology: the Nanhai Yangxiang Agricultural Internet Food Park project and the Guangzhou Nansha Yangxiang Fengxing Food Vertical Integrated Pig Farming Project.

Roundtable meeting

The Nanhai Yangxiang Agricultural Internet Food Park is the fourth-generation project of vertical intelligent pig farming. It adopts Yangxiang's innovative building-based pig farming production technology, introduces high-quality breeding pigs and advanced genetic breeding technology, a rigorous African swine fever prevention management system, safe feed production technology, and intelligent management models, among other advanced achievements across multiple fields. The project is highly integrated with the FPF Future Pig Farm intelligent solution. It represents the highest level of intelligence in current vertical pig farming. The biggest advantages of this project include: reliable disease prevention, environmentally friendly, land-efficient, intelligent connectivity, and convenient supervision.

After listening to the introduction of the building-based pig farming projects, both parties discussed the already established and successfully operational Guangzhou Nansha vertical pig farming project, covering multiple aspects such as technical cooperation, environmental protection, funding sources, and cooperation intentions.

Kim Tae-hum, Governor of Chungcheongnam-do, expressed his appreciation for China's intelligent vertical pig farming model and hopes to replicate this model in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. He also paid particular attention to the project's performance and solutions in controlling transmissible diseases and addressing urban environmental protection issues.

In response to the transmissible disease issue, Zhang Yan provided a detailed explanation of the intelligent biosafety prevention system, closed farming model, and lock-in breeding system. Regarding urban environmental protection, he introduced the manure treatment methods currently applied in the vertical pig farming projects, including solid-liquid separation and composting fermentation, to ensure compliance with urban environmental standards.

Governor of Chungcheongnam-do, Kim Tae-heum, made a speech

Next, Kim Tae-heum inquired about more details regarding the project's funding sources and the investment-output ratio. Zhang Yan responded that the project's funding primarily comes from the company's own investment, supported by national financial loan policies, with additional funds provided through joint ventures with large enterprises. This diversified funding structure provides a solid financial foundation for the successful implementation of the project.

As the discussion deepened, Chungcheongnam-do and Yangxiang Group, along with Shadow Technology, reached a clear consensus on collaborating in the building-based pig farming model and expressed a strong willingness to cooperate. Based on the discussions at this meeting, Governor Kim Tae-heum proposed several specific cooperation suggestions:

  1. Technology Empowerment and Application
Governor Kim Tae-heum hopes to empower local farmers in Chungcheongnam-do with Shadow Technology’s 3D intelligent pig farming solutions to improve farming efficiency and quality.
  2. Talent Training and Exchange
He emphasized the importance of exchange programs for farming personnel and inspections and hopes to cooperate on cultivating local farming talents. He envisions that more small and medium-sized farmers from Korea will have the opportunity to visit the Nansha building-based pig farm for in-depth learning and experience.
  3. Introduction of Intelligent Equipment
Governor Kim Tae-heum also hopes to introduce Shadow Technology's intelligent equipment to Korea to improve the efficiency of farming enterprises and enhance the regional environment.

Governor Kim Tae-heum expressed his intent for deep cooperation between Chungcheongnam-do, Yangxiang Group, and Shadow Technology, hoping to drive mutual progress and sustainable development in the smart farming sector through technical collaboration and knowledge sharing. Regarding the last point, Shadow Technology’s chairman, Zhang Yan, emphasized the importance of simplifying the procedures and processes for relevant equipment access in Korea to accelerate the cooperation. The meeting ended in a friendly atmosphere, with both parties exchanging thank-you gifts, laying the foundation for further close cooperation in the future.

Exchange of gifts.

At the end of the itinerary, the leaders visited the Nanhai project on-site, where they gained a firsthand understanding of the production process and operational management model of the building-based pig farm, providing them with a more concrete understanding of the building-based pig farming concept.

They visited the core areas of the project, including the pre-pen, farrowing pen, fattening pen, and environmental protection area, gaining an in-depth understanding of each production link in the building-based pig farm. They then further discussed key technologies such as biosecurity and intelligent disease control, which play a crucial role in ensuring efficient farm operation and disease prevention.

During the visit, Zhang Yan provided the Governor and his team with a detailed introduction to the specific applications of the FPF Future Pig Farm solution, giving them a more comprehensive understanding of the advanced nature and effectiveness of this innovative model.

The application of FPF smart devices in multi-story pig farms.

The FPF solution integrates five precision technologies (precision epidemic prevention, precision decision-making, precision nutrition, precision control, and precision breeding) and eight scenario-based solutions (biosecurity control solution, online sow breeding solution, precision sow nutrition solution, intelligent environment control solution, full-domain smart breeding solution, intelligent estrus detection solution, online fattening pig solution, and group feeding solution for fattening pigs). It aims to build a more efficient, convenient, and high-return new model for modern pig farming—Digital Pigs, Unmanned Farms.

Through this method, farmers can fully manage the farming situation with just a smartphone, achieving intelligent and refined management, leading the pig farming industry towards digital transformation.

This meeting covered various aspects including project introduction, technical cooperation, funding sources, investment returns, environmental monitoring, construction scale, technical support and training, and cooperation intentions, highlighting the broadness and depth of collaboration between China and South Korea in the pig farming industry.

Currently, Shuying Technology has established strong partnerships with some powerful South Korean pig farming enterprises. In the future, Shuying Technology looks forward to further deepening cooperation and exchange with South Korea, aiming to jointly promote innovation and development in the pig farming industry.
